Material Preparation

Every jacket begins with the careful selection of materials. Depending on the design, this may include genuine leather, premium faux leather, cotton fabrics, wool blends, inner linings, and hardware components. 

Pattern Cutting

Once the materials are ready, they are cut according to standardized patterns. Precision during this stage is important because it helps ensure consistent sizing, proper fit, and the overall structure of the finished garment.

Stitching & Assembly

After cutting, the individual panels are assembled to create the jacket. This stage involves joining the body panels, attaching sleeves, adding linings, and installing closures. Careful construction helps provide comfort, durability, and a clean overall appearance.

Detailing & Hardware Installation

As the garment takes shape, finishing details are added. Zippers, buttons, fasteners, pockets, collars, and cuffs are attached and adjusted to ensure proper alignment and functionality.

Quality Inspection

Before packaging, each jacket undergoes a thorough quality review. The product is checked for sizing accuracy, stitching consistency, hardware functionality, lining placement, and overall finish.

Packaging & Dispatch

Once approved, the jacket is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit. Orders are then prepared for shipment through trackable courier services, allowing customers to follow their delivery progress from dispatch to arrival.
